W881 Grout Polymer is a premium water-based pure acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is an eco-friendly, high purity, UV resistant acrylic polymer.

It has good bridging capabilities, excellent adhesion and impressive binding abilities.

W881 Grout Polymer is a specially formulated high-performance bonding additive for use in concrete polishing processes that gives it exceptional performance as a grouting binder. 

W881 Grout Polymer is highly effective in filling and patching small voids, micro pits and pinholes to assist in achieving a higher level of lustre and clarity on polished concrete.

W881 Grout Polymer is made for Australian conditions. It is supplied as a 1:3 concentrate for reduced shipping costs and a small carbon footprint.

Recommended Uses: For filling micro pits, pinholes, air pockets, divots, chips and cracks in honed and polished concrete. It is an excellent grouting binder for polished concrete floors. It binds fine grinding dust from the grinding and polishing processes to fill in pinholes, voids and cracks.

Since the dust comes from the floor, colour matching is close to perfect. This often produces a completely seamless repair. For best results use diluted W881 Grout Polymer solution in place of water in one or more wet grinding steps.
