1. As a Topical Primer & Surface Hardener
Applied topically, Y863 binds powdery or friable substrates including newly rendered walls, cement blocks, brickwork, and concrete pavers. It locks in moisture during curing to eliminate surface micro-cracking caused by sun, wind, and dry heat. By waterproofing render coats from the inside out, Y863 blocks negative hydrostatic water pressure—stopping rising damp, salt migration, efflorescence, and paint delamination dead in their tracks.
