🔹 Concrete Polishing
Forti-Col EG™ is ideal for early-stage densification, especially after grinding with 30 to 100 grit metal pads. At this stage, the concrete is still porous, making the deep-penetrating nano-silica highly effective. While it can also be used after 200 resin pads, a standard densifier may be more cost-effective at that point.

Apply Forti-Col EG™ on freshly poured slabs to control water evaporation, reduce dusting, and improve long-term durability. Use in combination with Forti-Trowel™ for optimal results on trowelled surfaces.
How to Apply Forti-Col EG™
Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
✅ For Slab Curing & Anti-Dusting:
Allow freshly poured concrete to cure for at least 2 hours.
Apply when surface temps are between 2°C–32°C (36°F–90°F).
Use a pump sprayer to saturate the surface.
Keep it glistening wet for 5–10 minutes—reapply if it penetrates too quickly.
Do not dilute. The product is ready-to-use straight from the container.
Coverage: 4–10 m²/L per coat (may vary with surface porosity).
✅ For Concrete Polishing:
Best applied after grinding with 30 to 80 grit metal-bond pads.
Can also be used post-200 grit resin pads if desired.
Apply generously, keeping the surface wet for 5–10 minutes.
Reapply if the product fully penetrates within 10 minutes.
Do not dilute. Use as-is for maximum effectiveness.
Coverage: 4–10 m²/L per coat for early-stage densification.
Handling & Storage
In case of spillage: Use absorbent material like sand, vermiculite, or earth.
Shelf Life: Best within 2 years of manufacture.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area between 2°C and 32°C (36°F–90°F).
